Major Livestock Shows

Junior Show Entries for 2021 MAJORS 

All entries must be submitted to Ms. Dalrymple by  November 2, 2020 . In addition to the on-line entry (which the AST will enter) a Junior Show entry consists of the following:

  • Junior Show Entry Worksheet
  • Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement
  • W-9 Form completed for each exhibitor  
  • Payment in full for all fees associated with stock show entry made payable to Uvalde FFA.

Major show forms will be available in October or you may download forms, which can be found at the bottom of this page or on the show website.  Fill them out with all required signatures and NOTARIZED (the notary is only required for the Houston Entries) along with payment, and bring them to Ms. Dalrymple by November 2nd.
